Our staff are constantly trained in best practice installation and servicing practices, and trained to deal with clients of all levels. We pride ourselves on hiring staff with upbeat personalities, who are honest and reliable. Most training is carried out in-house by our most experienced technicians as we believe ‘real world training’ produces the next generation of expert technicians. Our staff are also provided with product training workshops by our suppliers.
We have a structured Quality Assurance System that is continually reviewed to ensure it is as effective as possible. All details of new installations are documented, and test sheets are completed and signed off by the project manager at the end of the project. If a Nurse Call system with reporting capabilities has been installed then the reporting function forms part of the test documentation.
