Installation 

We have national projects department who will take your system design and make it a reality. The very best way to ensure your system design is accurately and efficiently implemented is to allow us to take the project from inception to completion.

Maintain 

Alert Tech provides proactive and reactive services to ensure the full benefits of your system is realised. Our 24/7 support help line offers everything you need to ensure resident safety.

Training

We offer full training in all of our systems and products to ensure the smooth running of your facility and continued high level of care for your patients/residents. We can ensure that your staff are fully aware of how our systems, products and services function.

Our site training can be achieved by either personal site visits or online with one of our specialists. Our online staff education and demonstrations enable two way communication, ensuring our exceptional standards of support is maintained.
